For generations, the Jewish tradition celebrating the transition of childhood to teen years and approaching adulthood has been centered around the process of becoming a Bar/Bat Mitzvah. This process can be a wonderful, meaningful exploration of an individual’s values and thinking, and of their changing role in the family and community.

In our customized program, the student experiences something very different from the rote, routine memorization of language and prayers. They learn about themselves and their own connection to Jewish tradition, history and culture.

This program offers an exciting opportunity for ‘non-traditional’ Bar/Bat Mitzvah training that is perfect for interfaith, secular, and unaffiliated families.

We offer Individual and group B’nei Mitzvah programs ALL ages are welcome, including inter-generational classes.

Our focus throughout the program is to define “What is YOUR connection to Judaism?” Through the lessons developed for your child, that definition will become clear. It is our goal to provide guidance to your child so that they may embrace their heritage, understand it, and strive to live with awareness of the values, history and culture of Judaism.
